All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. All products are made to order, by hand. We do not have inventory. Your order is created specifically for you in our studios.

Guarantee – All products from purchased from our website and our retail location come with three year (from date of purchase) service warranty. If your product should need an attention during this time you can send it to us for repairs due to normal use.

Please note that exchanges made to destinations outside of the U.S. will be processed for customs clearance and therefore any relevant import duty and tax charges will apply.
Orders to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Jennifer Ouellette Inc and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

As we are unable to resell any returned merchandize due to sanitary conditions, a 30% discard fee is deducted from every return. The fee is automatically deducted from the available store credit.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not exchangeable.

Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Jennifer Ouellette Inc. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
